Duane Reginald Bostic, 21, of Elk River, sentenced on Jan. 22 for felony aid and abet financial transaction card fraud to a stay of execution for five years on conditions of probation, serve 131 days jail, pay $50 fine plus surcharges, pay $150 public defender co-payment, attend a support group, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, obtain permission before leaving the state, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

 Kathryn Elizabeth Mabusth, 23, of St. Michael, sentenced on Jan. 24 for misdemeanor fourth-degree DWI to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 90 days, $850 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $150 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 7 days sentence to service, have no same or similar violations.  Sentenced by Judge Mottl.
