The final weigh in week is upon us! Are you going to weigh in? Β THE ANSWER SHOULD BE YES!Β You will be more successful in future wellness ventures if you celebrate your effort and success no matter where you are in your goal (and we have something for everyone who comes in for their weigh in this week). Your fitness quest does not end here, it is merely the beginning!

Celebrate Your Success
TakeΒ time to reflect on your health choices over the past several weeks. Did you make any changes in your choices, habits, exercise routine, evening snacking, portion sizes, Thanksgiving meal, and/or belief in yourself? Did you drink more water, eat less candy, eat more vegetables, and/or exercise more? Any one of these goals met (no matter how infrequent)Β is cause for celebration.Β
You are worth exceptional health.Β While you are out doing your last-minute gift shopping, buy yourself a new pair of tennis shoes or workout top as a reward (avoid food as a reward, unless it is a large bowl of sliced strawberries, plain greek yogurt, and a drizzle of real maple syrup).Β
Once you choose to believe in yourself and you have made your new choices a part of your daily routine (habit), add another healthy choice into your routine.
Start with
- Β Adding more veggies to your daily plate.Β
- Eat the foods you love, in moderation.
- Avoid eating 3 hours before bedtime, consistently.
