Foxtailers Snowmobile Club Offering a Youth Safety Class in St. Michael
The Foxtailers Snowmobile Club is offering a youth snowmobile safety class in St. Michael.

The Foxtailers Snowmobile Club is offing a youth snowmobile safety training course. The course will be using the CD based training and the CDs will be distributed at the first class. The two-day course will be held at the St. Michael-Albertville High School on Tuesday, October 16th from 7:00-8:00pm and Saturday, October 27th from 9:00-1:30pm, lunch will be provided. Students must attend all both classes and be there for the duration.
There will be an outdoor driving course on the 27th, so students need to dress for the weather and bring a helmet. The driving test will be held snow or no snow on the school parking lot.
Students can register if they are or will be 12 years of age or older by Jan 1, 2013. Students 16 years old or older will be encouraged to order and complete an adult CD from the Minnesota DNR website.

Please bring the following on Tuesday, Oct. 16th: Parent/guardian to accompany youth for signing on release form and proof of age (birth certificate). The parent or guardian is encouraged to attend the Oct. 16th session.
Pre-registration is required, as class size is limited, there will be a $5.00 registration fee and a $5.00 fee through the DNR for the certificate when the class is completed.
