The core is not just your abs, it is your low back and numerous other muscles that are the foundation of your body. Your arms and legs step from it, so obviously it is a little important to keep it strong. Here is a mini core work out that will help you start on the right track to building that foundation:
Plank- 60 Seconds x 3
Bosu Crunches- 30 x 3
Leg Lifts- 15-20 x 3
Russian Twists- 15 each side x 3
Side Planks- 30 seconds each side x 3
Hip Ups- 20 x 3
1/4 Mile Run x 3
