Michele Bachmann: Widen I-94
A meeting with Gov. Dayton Tuesday followed MnDOT hearings Monday.
It's not on the Minnesota Department of Transportation's to-do list in the next decades, but the state should add another lane in each direction to I-94 through St. Michael-Albertville, U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) told Gov. Mark Dayton (DFL) Tuesday, according to the Associated Press.
Business leaders told officials at a MnDOT public hearing Monday that not expanding I-94 would hold the region back economically, the St. Cloud Times reported.
