The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has released its weekly Fish and Wildlife Almanac leading up to this weekend’s fishing opener. The almanac includes links to answering fishing questions, tips for those new to fishing, a webinar focused on kayaking the backwaters of the Mississippi River, northern pike zone regulations, purchasing combination licenses and renewing watercraft registrations early.
