It's the dead of winter. It's cold outside- I don't mean, pull your hood over your ears cold, I mean cover up every inch of flesh or it will freeze in less than 10 minutes, cold. It's time for a little natural vitamin A, fiber, and B vitamins to help kick the winter blues!
Instead of cold cereal or hard boiled egg, try preparing this recipe for breakfast! You will find it delicious for any meal and/or snack!
Roasted Rosemary Sweet Potatoes
Serves 4What you need:
1-4 sweet potatoes (1 sweet potato per serving)
1 Tbsp fresh or dried rosemary
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsps sour cream
Pinch of mineral salt
Pinch of pepper
Any extra spices that you like

Sprinkle the rosemary on the sweet potatoes. Steam or broil 4 sweet potatoes for 20-30 minutes (use minimal water for steaming). Remove from heat. Add a pinch of mineral salt and pepper, drizzle on the olive oil, and add a dollop of sour cream on the side. Sprinkle on some walnuts if you want a crunch. Enjoy!
