Shoplifting, Drug Arrest in Albertville Highlight This Week's Police and Fire Report
The nicer weather led to a relatively quiet week in St. Michael-Albertville, as fire and police calls were down.

A 50-year-old Fargo man was arrested in Albertville and charged with first-degree controlled substance poseession, while an Albertville woman was arrested in her hometown on suspected shoplifting.Â
Those two items and a car accident at the intersection of Main Street and Frankfort Parkway, as well as a big jump in traffic stops, highlight this week's list.Â

Tracey Anne Cahill, 45, Albertville, was arrested and charged with gross misdemeanor shoplifting in Albertville.Â
Lakndra Metell Evans, 23, Minneapolis was arrested in Hennepin County on a Wright County warrant for financial transaction card fraud.

Teresa Kay Larson Koshiol, 46, Foley, was arrested in Benton County on a Wright County warrant for issuance of a worthless check.Â
May 11
Viktor Mikhavlovich Simonovich, 37, St. Michael, was arrested in St. Michael on a Wright County warrant for driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.Â
May 13
Brian Jerome Schlenker, 50, Fargo, N.D. was arrested in Albertville on the charge of first-degree controlled substance violation.Â
The St. Michael Fire Department responded to a car accident at the intersection of Main Street North and Frankfort Parkway Northeast.Â
May 15
The St. Michael Fire Department was dispatched to a medical call in the 4000 block of Lange Avenue Northeast. A 78-year-old man was having difficulty breathing.Â
Wright County deputies also responded to 11 property damage accidents, two personal injury accidents and three hit-and-runs.Â
There were seven arrests for DWI, three underage consumption arrests, two bus stop arm violations and 117 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations last week.Â
