LWYA stands for Love Who You Are and is a new smoothie shop opening up Monday, April 11.
“I have a tattoo on my ankle and have always want to inspire others, especially young girls, to love who they are.” owner Cindy Hendel, an Albertville resident for two years, explains. The smoothie shop is not just any smoothie shop it is a high in protein, low in calories Herbalife-based smoothie shop.

“We’ll sell smoothies, protein bars, healthy energy drinks and vitamins. Also, Herbalife products.”
When one comes in to order the popular Herbalife products they will receive a free tea and shake as well.
As for the shakes and smoothies, Hendel’s shop will have 38 flavors and before any fruit or pudding is added they all have a base of just 210 calories.
This weekend Hendel will be distributing buy one, get one free coupons to Albertville businesses to help promote the grand opening.
Tentative hours planned are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
