STMA Finishes 15th At State Girls Cross Country Meet
The Knights competed Saturday at St. Olaf College in Northfield

The St. Michael-Albertville girls cross country team took 15th overall at the Class AA state meet on Saturday at St. Olaf College in Northfield.
The Knights finished 15th with 308 total points. Monticello won the state championship with 93 total points, while Lakeville South took second at 118 points and Wayzata took third at 140 points.
Eighth-grader Presley Norby finished the 4-kilometer girls race with the best finish for the Knights. She crossed the finish line in 33rd place at 15:27.8. Maddi Sjelin finished 38th at 15:28.8.
