SWEET AND SPICY BROCCOLI- Healthy Recipe from Your Personal Trainer

NEW HOMEMADE RECIPE! SWEET AND SPICY BROCCOLI

You are going to love this twist on traditional steamed broccoliΒ and its healthy qualities!

  • 1-2 cups broccoli
  • 1 Pomegranate (seeds and juice only)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon mineral salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Steam the broccoli in the pomegranate seeds and juice for 15-20 minutes (depending on how crunchy or soft you like your broccoli). Remove from heat. Add red pepper flakes to taste, mineral salt, and olive oil. ENJOY!
