Township elections were conducted in 15 of Wright County’s 18 townships Tuesday (March 9), but the final results have not yet been announced.

Those townships include Albion, Buffalo, Chatham, Cokato, Corinna, Franklin, French Lake, Maple Lake, Marysville, Middleville, Monticello, Rockford, Stockholm, Victor and Woodland.
Unlike primary and general elections that include city, county, state or federal offices, the Wright County Elections Division does not directly oversee and administer township elections. Townships are not required to deliver results on Election Night – they have until Friday to submit the final results.

When the results are finalized, Wright County will publish the results on its website (www.co.wright.mn.us).
