I try to remind myself daily to stop, pause, breathe and look up. It's easy to get caught up in the daily routine of work, raising children and all the other responsibilities that go along with day-to-day life. Leaving parent/teacher conferences at Big Woods Elementary tonight I noticed Venus shining bright just above the horizon at dusk (left of the bright parking lot light). I stopped and snapped this picture (edited with SuperPhoto and Aviary). Venus will shine bright just after sunset through the end of November. I encourage you to stop, pause, breathe and look up!
