  • The office will continue using the call-in option to make appointments for its internal calendar. The office number is (763) 682-7325
  • All services will be accomplished via phone, email or US Postal Service. In-office appointments will be accepted for situations that are deemed urgent based on available time slots.
  • The department will not do outreach to the homes of veterans due to COVID-19 concerns. Before Veteran Services staff will schedule a home visit for a veteran or family member to complete claims, they will first attempt to resolve issues via phone, email or US Postal Service.

“Our mission remains to serve those who have served,” Wright County Veteran’s Services Director Greg Pickard said. “We must provide a safe environment for clients and staff while delivering all the service the veteran and their families have earned.”
