Weight Loss Secret Revealed

Lose weight with this one secret . . .Β 

Most Americans consume 500 to 1,000 calories extra after dinner. Ice cream, cereal, wine, popcorn, candy, etc. – you name it! After dinner grazing adds up!

If you cut out the 1,000 extra calories you consume after dinner (including dessert), you will lose one pound of body fat in just three days! This equals 2 pounds per week or 8 pounds per month! How would you like to be one clothing size smaller in August?Β Here's the secret:

Close your kitchen after dinner!Β 

It seems simple, but stay with me -- it works!

Stay out of the fridge, freezer, and/or pantry after dinner.


Instead of food or alcohol after dinner. Put a mental sign up in the kitchen that reads, "kitchen closed due to maintenance" (or a real sign if you have children). Your body needs an empty tummy while you sleep so your body can focus on repairing tissue, resorting balance, and rejuvenating your body. With a three-hour window of drinking only water or naturally decaffeinated tea before bed, you will sleep better andΒ you will wake up feeling lighter and more energized.Β 

Rather than digesting properly,Β after-dinner food left sittingΒ in your gut will rot --Β which attracts bad bacteria and poor digestion.

It may take some time to break the bad habits of eating after dinner, but the results are well worth the effort! Get an accountability partner. When you have a late-nightΒ craving, call or text your partner and keep each other strong.

Close the kitchen after dinner and witness your waistline shrink and your health improve!
