Weight Loss Tip #1


We atΒ InFIT and Anytime Fitness in AlbertvilleΒ are off to a great start with ourΒ WeightΒ LossΒ Challenge!

As part of the challenge, I am sharing a weekly weight loss tip. I have been askedΒ to share these tips with you! If one of your goals this season is to loseΒ weight, read on, get educated, and be inspired!

I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade.Β I have seen people succeed and I have seen people try again. The only attempt I call a failure is one where a person gives up.Β YOU ARE GOING TO SUCCEED!!!

If you are participating, you are not alone in this challenge. There are 245 Infitters losingΒ weightΒ this month.Β I hope each and every one of you achieves your personal goals.Β 

WeightΒ LossΒ TipΒ #1- Believe in Yourself

This step is vital. Right now, where you are, sayΒ out loud "I can do this. I am worth the challenge. I willΒ achieve my goal of losing ______ pounds. I will feel better and have more energy." Say it again, then, believe it! Say these affirmations every day this week and weekend.Β Every day. If you joined this challenge with a friend, remind them to say their affirmations.Β Individuals who believe in themselves are 80% more likely to achieve their goals- no matter the goal!!!Β This is a good reason to start believing. I believe in you. You should too. You are worth better health.

Believing in yourself inspires aΒ vision. Begin with the end in mind. How will you feel when you are 10# lighter? How will your clothing fit? What actives will you enjoy more? How much more energy will you have? How much better will you sleep? Who are you setting a positive example for?

You can do this. Start believing in yourself. Begin with the end in mind. Watch your health improve.
