Weight Loss Tip #1


We at InFIT and Anytime Fitness in Albertville are off to a great start with our Weight Loss Challenge!

As part of the challenge, I am sharing a weekly weight loss tip. I have been asked to share these tips with you! If one of your goals this season is to lose weight, read on, get educated, and be inspired!

I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade. I have seen people succeed and I have seen people try again. The only attempt I call a failure is one where a person gives up. YOU ARE GOING TO SUCCEED!!!

If you are participating, you are not alone in this challenge. There are 245 Infitters losing weight this month. I hope each and every one of you achieves your personal goals. 

Weight Loss Tip #1- Believe in Yourself

This step is vital. Right now, where you are, say out loud "I can do this. I am worth the challenge. I will achieve my goal of losing ______ pounds. I will feel better and have more energy." Say it again, then, believe it! Say these affirmations every day this week and weekend. Every day. If you joined this challenge with a friend, remind them to say their affirmations. Individuals who believe in themselves are 80% more likely to achieve their goals- no matter the goal!!! This is a good reason to start believing. I believe in you. You should too. You are worth better health.

Believing in yourself inspires a vision. Begin with the end in mind. How will you feel when you are 10# lighter? How will your clothing fit? What actives will you enjoy more? How much more energy will you have? How much better will you sleep? Who are you setting a positive example for?

You can do this. Start believing in yourself. Begin with the end in mind. Watch your health improve.
