What's for lunch?!
Are you tired of the same old thing for lunch every day? Change up your routine with this healthy and delicious wrap idea from certified personal trainer and author, Ashley Darkenwald!Wrap: Melt organic cheese on an Ezekiel wrap (heated on the stovetop rather than microwave if possible). Remove from heat and add 1/4 avocado, a few of your favorite veggies (hot or cold), 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of mineral salt- yummy!
Yogurt Dessert: 2%Β organic, plain yogurt, 1 Tbsp. real maple syrup, and sliced strawberries (or your favorite fresh or frozen berries)
Side: Organic pickle! Crunchy, salty, and low cal!
