Wright County Board Special Meeting Scheduled For April 16 Has Been Cancelled

A special meeting of the Wright County Board of Commissioners scheduled for Thursday, April 16 has been cancelled.

Last week, the meeting was tentatively scheduled because there was no board meeting scheduled for its standard time of 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 14 – the board was conducting its monthly board workshop to discuss topics in deeper detail April 14.

At the workshop meeting, the board was provided with a COVID-19 update and there have been no changes to the stay at home executive order from Gov. Tim Walz that would require board action. Other action items were referred to the April 21 agenda. With the lack of any discussion updates this week for the agenda, it was determined to cancel the meeting.
