Wright County Driver's Licenses Must Be Current To Be Valid After March 31

Licenses can be renewed at any DMV/License Bureau if you're facing the deadline without having yet renewed.

March 26, 2021

A reminder that by order of the State of Minnesota, the COVID-related grace period extensions for operating a motor vehicle without a current license will expire Wednesday, March 31. After that, it will be a violation to not have a valid driver’s license. The Wright County License Center is filled up with appointments for next week, but those willing to wait will be accepted as walk-up customers between 8-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. all three days. Licenses can be renewed at any DMV/License Bureau if you’re facing the deadline without having yet renewed.
