The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has released its 2021 Minnesota Waterfowl Handbook, which includes the dates and bag limits for the teal, duck and goose season, as well as a listing of changes to the statewide waterfowl regulations. Print copies of the handbooks are available at any DNR area office or can be viewed/downloaded as a PDF document that can be found here: https://www.dnr.state.mn.us/hunting/waterfowl/index.html
