At the Wright County Board of Commissioners meeting today (Aug. 30), Highway Engineer Virgil Hawkins presented the board with his 110-page 2020 Annual Report dealing with all matters pertaining to highways and his department. Hawkins will be back on the Tuesday, Sept. 7 agenda to answer any questions or hear comments the commissioners may have about the report.
