Snowplows will be out in full force again today keeping our state, county and city roadways safe. 

Snowplows have a job to do and they need room to do it. Driving too close to plows can be extremely dangerous. Please, if you're out on the roads during a winter event, don't crowd the plow.

So far this season, we have seen a statewide increase in the number of snowplows being hit. These crashes are typically caused by drivers following too closely behind a plow, are distracted or driving too fast for conditions.
