Wright County Government: A Pair Of Prescription Drug Take-Back Days Scheduled Saturday

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office, Wright County Health & Human Services and MEADA (Mentorship, Education and Drug Awareness) will be sponsoring a pair of Prescription Drug Take Back Day events from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23.

The collection sites are the Otsego branch of the Bank of Elk River (15800 88th Street) and the Montrose branch of Citizens State Bank of Waverly (145 Nelson Boulevard).

No liquids will be accepted. If possible, it is asked that medication be kept in its original container with any personal information blacked out. If the original container isn’t available, it is recommended to seal the medication in a plastic bag. Both collection sites with be drive-thru with limited contact.
