The Minnesota State Highway Patrol and the Department of Public Safety are reminding motorists that with children heading back to school there will be many school buses on the roads. School buses are equipped with stop arms that not everyone obeys and the consequences can be tragic. The State Patrol and DPS have created a video explaining the rules of the road when a school bus stops and the stop arm comes out.
