Wright County Health & Human Services Offering Those With Child Support Cases To Text Child Support Workers

The Child Support Division of Wright County Health & Human Services is part of a pilot project in the state that will allow child support workers to text clients regarding their child support cases.

Data has showed that more people text than email or call on the phone and the pilot project is an attempt to reach clients quickly and more effectively within the clients’ time schedules.

Participants must have an open child support case in Wright County. For those who would prefer the ability to text child support workers about the status of their cases, text the word “child” to 505-229-9999 and you will be instructed how to sign up for the program.
