Wright County Recorder Tanya West said that a secure drop box has been placed in front of the recorder’s office (Room 210 in the Wright County Government Center). Like Court Administration did Monday, the need for a separate drop box was made necessary because processing requests often require several pages of documentation to be provided that won’t fit in the drop box at the main entrance to the Government Center.
In addition, West said that her office has released a fact sheet for residents to use in attempting to get documents processed, including land record search options, recording documents, marriage certificates, marriage licenses and applications, credentials of license or ordination, birth certificates, death certificates and passport photos.
