Wright County Ulrich Hearing Ends In 2 Minutes, Next Appearance On To Be Held On August 11
Defense counsel contested the results of the Rule 20 report, which determined Ulrich was competent to stand trial.

Today’s court appearance on the Rule 20 competency determination of Gregory Ulrich, charged with the shooting and bomb detonation at the Allina Clinic-Crossroads in Buffalo in February, lasted just two minutes. Defense counsel contested the results of the Rule 20 report, which determined Ulrich was competent to stand trial. The challenge was not unexpected and is relatively routine in such cases. Ulrich’s next court appearance is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11.
