Each permit is valid for the entire 2016-17 school year. Students must bring their completed application form with the agreement signed by both student and parent, along with a valid driver’s license and the appropriate fee. Permits will be on sale on the following days in the accounts office:

  • Tuesday, Aug. 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Aug. 24 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Pictures: Lifetouch National Studios will be taking student pictures for 9th grade students during orientation. Pictures of sophomores and juniors will be taken on:

  • Tuesday, Aug. 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Aug. 24 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Bring your money and your order form to Woodbury High School if you wish to purchase pictures. All sophomores and juniors will need to have their picture taken on one of these days in order for their 2016-17 WHS student ID to be generated. An additional make-up picture day will be scheduled on Tuesday, Oct. 4 for any student unable to have their picture taken during the summer.

Seniors may have their pictures taken on these dates as well but do not need to have their picture taken as student IDs for seniors will be issued using a picture on record from their junior year. Student IDs for seniors can be picked up on one of the parking days or on the first day of school.

Planners: Student planners will be available to purchase for $5 on the dates listed above. During the school year, planners will be available in the accounts office from Ms. Robb Trebesch.

Class Schedules: Beginning Aug. 5, parents and students may access their Woodbury High School Student's 2016-2017 class schedule by logging on to the Parent Portal.

Book Pick-Up: Students should plan to bring their class schedule to school on either Aug. 23 or 24, from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and report to the media center to check out any needed textbooks for the year.

Transcripts: Seniors can order their transcripts through Naviance. Seniors can pay a fee of $15.00 for unlimited transcripts to colleges for the 2016-17 school year. Checks should be made payable to Woodbury High School. Students sending transcripts to NCAA must use Parchment.com and pay Parchment for that service. Students on Free or Reduced lunch may send their college transcripts electronically for free.
