A 21-year-old Woodbury resident has died after a two-car collision on an icy road in Lake Elmo. Ryan Christopher Mathis was a junior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mathis died Monday. The Star Tribune reported that Mathis died three days after losing control of his vehicle on 10th Street N. near the entrance to <a href="http://www.startribune.com/woodbury-man-dies-after-two-car-collision/408544415/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Lake Elmo</a> Park Reserve. Mathis was driving eastbound when his vehicle slid across the centerline. He collided with an oncoming vehicle driven by Jane Marie Parrish, also of Woodbury.The crash occurred on a road that was snowy and slippery, the Washington County Sheriff's Office reported.Mathis was a graduate of East Ridge High School in Woodbury.
