• City Walk At Woodbury Sells For $124 Million (woodburynewsnet.org) — Woodbury residents at or near City Walk should know the 453‑unit apartment and retail complex just sold for $124 million to national investor Waterton, which plans extensive unit and amenity upgrades. The sale, one of the Twin Cities' largest multifamily deals, could influence rents, building improvements, and the overall feel of this key mixed‑use hub along I‑94 and I‑494.
   

• Jamie Anderson, Chloe Kim and Red Gerard Headline U.S. Snowboard 2026-27 Roster (snowbrains.com) — Woodbury gets a national shout-out with local snowboarder Colin Frans named to the U.S. Snowboard Team's rookie slopestyle and big air roster for the 2026‑27 season. He'll train and compete alongside stars like Jamie Anderson, Chloe Kim, and Red Gerard at World Cups and junior circuits, giving hometown fans someone to follow on the international stage.
