Paul Davis opens new franchise office in St. Paul, Minn.

St. Paul, Minn. - April 4, 2012 - In less than two years since Caleb and Stephanie Brunz opened their Paul Davis Emergency Services franchise office in Woodbury, Minn., the entrepreneurial team has opened for business in St.
Paul with a new full-service Paul Davis Restoration franchise office. The couple will maintain the emergency services office in Woodbury and has teamed up with three other Paul Davis Emergency Services businesses in nearby Wayzata, Scott County, Lakeville and Bloomington to support the Paul Davis work in the expanded territories. The new business will service customers from the main office at 680 Commerce Drive, Suite 260 in St. Paul.

From the start of their ownership, the Paul Davis brand has exceeded the Brunz' revenue expectations with an around the clock business that helps customers with mobile emergency response and full-service restoration and remodeling. The company provides residential and commercial property owners with fire, water and smoke damage restoration, structural and vandalism clean-up, drying, contents cleaning, and mold abatement services, to name a few. Paul Davis responds to emergencies within two hours in the newly expanded territory.

Stephanie and Caleb Brunz have more than 16 years of experience in the property services industry. The couple owned and operated College Pro franchises at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus. They also
worked for the College Pro corporate office where Caleb served as a senior vice president and general manager, and Stephanie worked in marketing and student relations.  College Pro is a student painting and window cleaning
company.

Stephanie Brunz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Spanish, and a Masters degree in Secondary Science Education from the University of Minnesota in Twin Cities, Minn.  Caleb Brunz has coached hundreds of students to run successful summer painting businesses with College Pro throughout the Midwest.
