YSB Welcomes New Youth & Family Therapist

Youth Service Bureau is excited to welcome Christopher Markov, M.A., LMFT as a Youth and Family Therapist in our Cottage Grove location.

“Chris comes to us with strong, relevant professional experience. He is energetic and mission driven. Both youth and parents will find him readily approachable,” reports YSB program director Michael Huntley.

Markov has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University and a B.A. in Psychology from St. Mary’s University.  He has provided services to youth in a variety of settings including Fairview Hospital and the Children’s Home Society and Family Services.

“It’s exciting to join an organization that has such a clear commitment to youth and their families and such a strong sense of community,” says Markov, an active father of two.

Throughout its history, YSB has been very successful in providing effective and accessible services to youth and families. Markov will help YSB continue that strong tradition.
