A Richfield neighborhood landmark serves up a classic in this week's regional feature.
When a restaurant changes owners, often the menus will change as well, decor will be redone and the flavors themselves may be altered.
Rich Thompson, owner of in Richfield, bought the restaurant from its original owners in 1996, and has been working ever since to carry on the legacy of this neighborhood fixture, a 15 minute drive from Mendota Heights.
"The pizza is the same pizza you'd get here in 1960," Thompson said.
