‘Bling’ Boutique Opens In Woodbury

Looking for something sparkly this season? Check out Angel2Diva Woodbury, a new clothing boutique that opened last month.

“We’re known as ‘bling’ clothing,” said Patti Danner, who owns the store with her friend Kim Ballard.

Danner and Ballard used to set up booths at fairs, rodeos and outdoor events, and they would often get requests to open a retail store. When a real estate agent showed them the space in the former at 8320 City Centre Drive, they jumped at the chance.

“It was perfect,” said Danner, who lives in Woodbury. “Plus the flower shop had the ‘two’ in it. That’s a sign, we need to come in here.”

The store’s top product is L.A. Idol Jeans, Danner said, though there is a wide selection of other clothing and items at the store. It will also soon carry Seacret spa products, as well. There's a small section for men's clothing.

Less than a month since the store opened, things are going well, Danner said.

“So far, so good,” she said.
