Juicing Experience: Day 32
Even if I can get my co-worker to drink one glass per day, she is one glass closer to a healthier lifestyle.
As usual, since I returned to work, I made the juice the night before. I made sure I had enough juice to share and to sustain me throughout the day: filled the whole carafe.
- 4 Braeburn apples
- 2 red pears
- 4 celery stalks
- 6 kale leaves
- 1 lemon
- 6 carrots
- 1/2 beet
- 1″ slice ginger root
- handful of parsely and spinach
Can we say fantastic?
Today I shared with my co-worker again. Although people say they will make the juice and incorporate into their lives, doesn’t mean that is what they will do. Look at Mr Man. I did all the work, all he had to do was drink and failed to stick with the plan of nutrition. Even if I can get my co-worker to drink one glass per day, she is one glass closer to a healthier lifestyle.

As usual, I know people. I had asked her if she enjoyed the recipes I sent to her via email. She said she loved them and thank you. However, her Ninja didn’t quite work they was she planned…. I was glad that I brought in enough to share with her.
How many of my readers are thinking of trying the juicing experience? Even if you could substitute one meal per day and eat healthy meals the remainder, I bet you will still notice a difference.
