Tropical Ballroom's Ladies Performance Team

Ladies, are you tired of waiting for a guy to dance with you? Wait no more!

I blogged on the Woodbury Patch last May when we (Tropical Ballroom) were about to start our first ever, "Ladies-only Performance Team," and I received many inquiries about joining the team, from my blog! The Team happened, and competed at Twin Cities Open Ballroom Dance Competition on July 13th against 6 other Formation Teams, and took 1st place! Our Ladies Team also performed at Valley Creek Mall for our ballroom's 4th anniversary event, twice on stage with us at Washington County Fair last week, soon at our Woodbury Days booth, and at the Mall of America rotunda! Our current team committed to performances through the summer.  Now it's your turn to join our Fall-Winter "Ladies-only Performance Team!"

Our Beginner-level team is for people who have never danced before, or for anyone who wants a not-too-hard routine, with a lot of fun as you're transformed into a Sassy Diva for the dance floor! Yes, that's right: no dance experience necessary! We produced a 1st place team of beginners, in 10 weeks, with ladies that ranged in age from twenties to sixties! Do it; Cross this off your Bucket List! Get fit while not thinking about it; Ditch the gym! Join us this Fall!

Our Intermediate-level team is for people with at least some dance experience. We are asking people to attend at least 4 of the 6 try-outs we have scheduled to make sure they're a fit for this level and challenge.

We offer a payment plan for this 19-week commitment. Dance Shoes are required, but are included in your Performance Team fees!
