Woodbury home buyers pushed another 45 units off the market while inventory fell 2% to 282 homes on the active market.

The total of pending units is reaching an all time high of 228 properties.... a number not seen in around 10 years! If you have called about a listing you saw on line only to find it was already gone you're not alone.

In fact the websites you have access to as a consumer do not update as frequently as the Northstar Multiple Listing Service we use as professionals. When you are ready to get out and see some homes it is important you understand how a buyer's agent can help. Check out my website for more info!
