It's no doubt our spring market is in full stride at this point, and when compared to last year inventory is down just over 18% with pending home sales up 17%.
Over and done... the parade finished strong this year and I heard that the remodelor's showcase brought in good traffic as well.
I am never one to complain about the weather when it comes to showing activity because for every day of rain there is a day of sunshine to make the opposite argument.

The stats for the Woodbury Real Estate Market in the previous week:

When adjusted for seasonality and compared to 2012 for the month of February 2013:
• Median Sales Price is up 8.6% to $242,000
• Days on Market is down to 95 days on market
• Percent of original list price received went up to 95.4%
• Months supply of inventory in Woodbury is down to 3.5 months *SELLERS MARKET*
