Collision With Dump Truck Splits Car, Woodbury Man Dies
The man was not wearing his seat belt, investigators said.

ISANTI COUNTY, MN — A Woodbury man died in a crash involving a dump truck in Isanti County Monday. At about 1:10 p.m. authorities responded to a collision at Flamingo Street and 285th Avenue NW.
The crash split the passenger car in two.
Police say the driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the car and died at the scene. The driver was identified as Alexander Hoss, 29, from Woodbury.

Witnesses told investigators Hoss was traveling north on Flamingo Street and pulled out in front of the dump truck going east on 28th Avenue.

The driver of the dump truck was not injured.
