Cops Bust Woodbury Party Hosted By Two Kids On Winter Break

When the cat's away, the mice will play. Two juvenile Woodbury residents were up to no good while their father went away to California during Christmas break 2016.

The two apparently unsupervised juveniles hosted a pair of large parties with other kids, taking place on the nights of Dec. 20 and Dec. 21, according to authorities.

On Dec. 21, Woodbury police officers sent home 75 children after the second underage party was reported just after 9:30 p.m., according to the Woodbury Bulletin:

A boy who walked out of the residence exhibited bloodshot, watery eyes and slow motor movements. He told police he had been smoking marijuana inside the home, according to the ICR, and added that multiple juveniles were drinking and doing drugs there.

The 17-year-old son of the homeowner came out and talked to officers, but he hesitated to provide his father's information. The 17-year-old daughter of the homeowner was also listed in the ICR.
