Costco Moves Forward with Plans for Woodbury Location
The plans, originally announced in December 2015, have been delayed due to the location's proximity to a wetland.
Costco is getting to closer building a new location in Woodbury.

The Ramsey-Washington Watershed District recommended that Costco reduce the plans for the store's size, building a parking ramp, and eliminating the proposed gas station.
