The former home of Jacob Wetterling's killer, Danny Heinrich, will be demolished thanks to a Woodbury real estate developer. Tim Thone will buy the vacant Annandale home, which fell into foreclosure this year.
KARE 11 reported that Thone will be closing the deal to buy Heinrich's former home Friday.
Thone spoke to the Wetterlings personally about his plans for the house before moving forward. "I am thrilled that this house will [be] taken down. What a generous gift of healing during this holiday season," Patty Wetterling told KARE 11.
