Woodbury's Memorial Day program will be at the Woodbury Lions Veterans Memorial (City Hall), and will consist of the Presentation of Colors, an invocation from Pastor Tim Marshall, welcoming remarks from Mayor Mary Giuliani Stephens, a keynote address from Woodbury Lt. Col. Barbara O'Reilly, a special reading by Ken Drevnick - father of a Minnesota Army National Guard Soldier Specialist Daniel Paul Drevnik, who was killed while serving in Iraq.
