Fatal Maplewood Hit-And-Run: Police Seek Help Finding Vehicle

The crash earlier this month killed a 67-year-old woman from Oakdale.

MAPLEWOOD, MN — The Minnesota State Patrol is asking for the public’s help in locating a vehicle that was involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Maplewood on April 2.

Police say a dark-colored Honda Pilot fled southbound on Highway 120 between 10th and 15th streets around 9:15 p.m. after hitting and killing a 67-year-old Oakdale woman.

The driver of a Buick that was also involved in the crash stayed on scene and cooperated with authorities, according to troopers.

Police say the woman who was killed suffered contact from both the SUV and the Buick. She died at the scene.

The SUV may not have visible damage.
