Football Friday: Woodbury at Park Cottage Grove

After getting their last Friday, the Royals will take on their District 833 rivals to the south, Park, this week.

(1-1, 1-1 Suburban East Conference) edged Hastings 29-23; Park (0-2, 0-2 SEC) fell to Roseville 48-23.

Junius Wilson (Woodbury, running back)

Wilson had a pair of touchdown runs, one for 80 yards, as the Royals rallied to defeat Hastings for its first win of the season.

Sawyer Moon (Woodbury, quarterback)

The junior helped lead the Royals to victory in come from behind fashion last week, scoring on a 22-yard run to cap off a 93-yard fourth quarter drive.

Andrew Flack (Park, receiver)

Flack had just one catch against Roseville, but made the most of it, going 70 yards for a touchdown.

They can contain Park's passing attack. Making the Wolfpack one-dimensional is the easiest path to victory.

They can find some answers on defense. The offense has done its part—the Wolfpack have scored 59 points in two games—but the defense has allowed a league-worst 101 points on the season.
