Halloween Costume Parade at Central Park
Sunday, October 26, 1-3 p.m. Hosted by Teens4Charity
Families are invited to enjoy an indoor Halloween Costume Parade. Children, ages infant through 12 years, can present their costumes, play a fun game or two and receive some giveaways donated by local residents and businesses. A donation of $4 per child or $10 per family is suggested.
Teen leaders from Teens4Charity will guide children to line up and parade their costumes on the amphitheater stage. Parents of younger children are encouraged to assist as necessary.
All proceeds from this event will benefit YouthLink (a homeless teen center in Minneapolis). This year marks the fifth year in which Teens4Charity teens will donate warm clothing, coats, boots and personal care items to YouthLink.
