WOODBURY, MN — The traffic signals at the intersection of Valley Creek Road and Woodlane Drive will be without power Friday, April 7, between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., city officials say. Xcel Energy will be performing urgent maintenance repairs in the southeast corner near the intersection requiring power to be shut down to the traffic signals for the work. The intersection will have temporary all-way stop signs. Motorists should expect delays during this outage. City officials ask that motorists be patient and cautious of workers in the area.
