WOODBURY, MN — A 21-year-old woman is facing a felony-level drug charge after Woodbury police said she possessed three sandwich bags with substances that tested positive as Methamphetamine. On Aug. 17 just after 12 p.m., Woodbury police were dispatched to 449 Commerce Drive on a report of individuals suspected of shoplifting. An officer found the suspects arguing amongst themselves in the parking lot.
Police said it was apparent that all three people were under the influence of an unknown substance. They were all "irritable," having dry mouths and stating "they needed to go to McDonald's to purchase water" and having "erratic body language," the criminal complaint states.
The defendant, Brittanie Joyce Sandra Geslin, 21, of Baldwin, Wisconsin consented to a search so the officer could determine if she had any shoplifted items, according to police.
