Pedestrian Struck, Killed On I-494 In Woodbury

WOODBURY, MN — A pedestrian was struck and killed by a semi-tanker on northbound Interstate 494 at Interstate 94 Tuesday. The fatal incident took place just after 2 p.m. Northbound I-494 was reduced to one lane for nearly an hour.

Woodbury fire crews and police responded to the scene. The Minnesota State Patrol identified the pedestrian as Todd Micheal Morse, age 54.
