WOODBURY, MN — Portillo's has announced the opening date for its 9,000 square feet location in Woodbury. The <a href="http://www.woodburybulletin.com/news/business/4263369-portillos-announces-opening-date-woodbury" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">popular Chicago-based hotdog joint</a> will open its first Minnesota store at 10:30 a.m. July 11, the Woodbury Bulletin reported. The location will feature 1920s Prohibition-era décor that will include photos of Chicago-based gangsters, such as Al Capone. The restaurant location, which is being built by Novak Construction, has precast structures with full brick exterior, patio and architectural steel elements, according to a news release.
